After all, what good is dieting without the cheating! Of course, we're talking about having a treat while still staying on track. Some helpful items are Coconut milk (or coconut anything for that matter) and Cocoa. Recently, I had a wonderful person make Paleo brownies and coconut milk ice cream for me. Is it perfect for the diet? No, but it's a great treat while still maintaining that overall health. Almond pancakes are another great treat when you're just craving pancakes. Google recipies for them. Just remember, don't make them for every meal. Everything in moderation and constantly varied!
